Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any DeadOn Media Productions website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Use of Services

Our services are provided "as is" for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree to:

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our services
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from our applications
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Mobile Applications

Our mobile applications are distributed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions in addition to these terms. When you download or use our apps, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Important: Our scoring and tracking apps (including Golf Banker) are tools for recording game information only. They do not facilitate gambling, wagering, or real-money transactions. Any actual monetary arrangements between users are private matters between those individuals and are not endorsed, facilitated, or mediated by our applications.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by DeadOn Media Productions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • Our services are free of viruses or other harmful components
  • Results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeadOn Media Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
